Chelle showed us many many many houses going by exactly what we told her we were looking for, she was so patient with us even when we ended up choosing a home with all details inside the house that we said we didn't want, but when we seen it we just had to have it. Then they negotiations went great, the builder widened some doors for us for wheel chair access and in the garage we had the builder arrange to have a wheelchair lift put in (we paid for the lift) but then he moved the orig steps into the house around and retrofit it with a landing to accommodate the lift. Chelle is the one that arranged that with the Seller/Builder of the home. The sell went exactly as planned and it closed in 30 days.
